All expired film is cold-stored in our professional-grade refrigeration units from the moment it arrives. While we cannot guarantee specific results for expired stock, proper storage minimizes degradation and tonal shifts.
What is your shipping policy for delicate equipment?
We use double-walled boxes and anti-static bubble wrap for all cameras and lenses. Domestic orders typically ship within 1-2 business days with full tracking and insurance included.
Do you offer a warranty on refurbished film cameras?
Yes, all our refurbished film cameras undergo a 20-point inspection and come with a 90-day mechanical warranty covering shutter accuracy and light seals.
Can I return film if I change my mind?
Due to the light-sensitive nature of the product, we can only accept returns on unexposed film that is still in its original, unopened foil packaging within 14 days of purchase.
